Blow Before You Go – The Best Way for Moms to Lift

One of my favorite techniques to teach new moms is called blow before you go. It allows us to make sure that we’re not holding our breath to move. It also starts to allow us to reconnect with our inner core: abdominals and pelvic floor.

What you’ll do is take a breath in, take a breath out, and then start your movement.
