At Peak Endurance we focus on keeping individuals active while also addressing the root of their issues. Many injuries result from overuse. These injuries are typically caused by poor tissue capacity (a fancy phrase to say that our body can’t withstand the stress that we are putting on it). After addressing pain, and returning individuals to activity we work with them to develop a long term plan to reduce the risk of these injuries returning.

Our 3 step process is to:
- Relieve your pain and get you moving.
- Address the root cause of your pain as to prevent it from limiting you in the future.
- Guide you to be able to self manage your symptoms long term.
What to Expect:
60-minute Initial Evaluation
At our first meeting we will discuss the history behind your current injury, along with any injuries you have had in the past, and your medical history. We will perform a movement assessment and work together to develop goals and create plan of care to help you to get back to activity. Most importantly we will LISTEN to your share your experiences, what’s worked in the past, what hasn’t worked, what drives you to want to make these changes, and what your goals are going forward.
Further Develop and Execute Your Plan of Care
Each follow up appointment will be 60 minutes. You will work one-on-one with your Doctor of Physical Therapy during appointments and will receive a home exercise program to complete on your own to keep you on track with your goals. You can expect reassessments at each appointment resulting in a progression of your home exercise program and training as appropriate. You can expect NOT to do the same movements time and time again. We typically see people one time a week and focus on progressing you through movement and activity rather than simply observe you doing movements that you’ve already mastered.

Return To The Gym
This Return to the Gym Program has been designed by the Doctors of Physical Therapy at Peak Pursuit specifically to allow those who are having pain with squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench press, etc… to get back to the gym and doing these movements pain free.
Return To Golf
The Healthy Swing Program has been designed specifically by our golf performance specialists here at Peak Pursuit. No matter your handicap, our specialists work with you to improve your swing and get you through your round pain free.
Return To Climbing
Working with a climbing specific rehab professional can make all the difference in your recovery. Whether you’re a recreational athlete to a professional, our therapists have helped countless climbers get back to climbing pain free.
Return To The Sport
The Return to Sports program is for anyone, whether recreationally all the way to professionally, who wants to return to their desired sport bigger, faster, and stronger than they were prior to the injury. Most importantly, this program has specific components in place that will help to ensure that the likelihood of this injury reoccurring again in the future is as low as physiologically possible
Return To Running
This Return to Running Program has been designed specifically by our running specialists here at Peak Pursuit. Our running specialists have worked with all levels whether it be recreational runners who want to be able to run their first 5K all the way up to runners competing in ultramarathons trials.

No matter what your level of physical activity or exercise is, our therapists will work hard to getting you back to living healthy and strong, without pain.
