Do You Live in the Madison, WI Area and Have Trouble Recovering After Childbirth?

Message from Peak Endurance Physical Therapist Dr. Taylor DeMars

Welcome to Peak Endurance Physical Therapy, my name is Dr. Taylor DeMars.

Many joyous congratulations on becoming a mother! No matter how long ago it was since your last pregnancy, once postpartum, always postpartum.

Are you irritated by your postpartum belly? Are you trying to strengthen your core but not seeing any improvement? Do you have a separation or bulge in your tummy that doesn’t seem to go away after giving birth? Do you want to start working out again, but you’re concerned that you’ll damage yourself? Perhaps you have already been told that you have diastasis recti (a separation of the abdominal muscles) and are at a loss as to how to proceed.

If you’re a parent and it’s been a while since you had a baby, don’t worry; in the next few minutes, you’ll learn how to rehabilitate your postpartum belly and get back to being active without worrying.

Now that you’ve accepted your postpartum belly as permanent, you might be tempted to accept the fact that it’s just part of being a mother.

But deep down, you wish you could let your guard down while playing with your kids or working out. The constant anxiety that your actions might be exacerbating your diastasis recti is never fun.

You will learn everything you need to know to successfully reduce your postpartum belly without resorting to invasive surgical procedures.

Every day, I help mothers like you, who are experiencing discomfort in the MUMMY TUMMY area, after giving birth. To tell you the truth, I don’t think going back to your old boot camp-style core sessions or high-intensity fitness classes will help.

Why? It’s a shame that so few new mothers are taught how to effectively engage their deep core muscles after giving birth. Because of the demands of exercise class and caring for children on a daily basis, many parents find that they are not getting the results they had hoped for.

Many of the folks I know have finally come to terms with the fact that they have a MUMMY TUMMY. You need not be the one to experience this. In this free EBOOK, I’ll show you why you shouldn’t give up hope of escaping your MUMMY TUMMY’s oppressive grip.

Not a single catch…

I’m taking action because far too many new mothers feel hopeless and resort to invasive procedures to get rid of their baby bellies. The female body is magnificent, and there are countless ways to get back in touch with it after giving birth. You can have it sent to you immediately after entering your details, which you can do below.

Carpe Diem,

After I injured a finger tendon while climbing, Jennifer helped me get back to pain-free climbing and weight lifting over the course of a few sessions. Jennifer was great to work with – she adapted our sessions to my goals and gave me some great advice for finger strength programs. And she even helped me improve my squats at the same time!

Dr. Agnew was able to address my root issues of planter fasciitis. I saw three PT’s before researching Peak Endurance. Dr. Agnew developed a unique treatment plan for me and made weekly modifications based on my progress and treatment goals. Because of his individualized approach I was able to get back to training and actually PR a half Ironman. I would recommend anyone at the Peak Endurance Team.

Dr. Taylor DeMars at Peak Endurance is well deserving of these five stars. She approached my issues with care and concern. She listened to my issues while gracefully and intelligently facilitating my recovery. Her concentrations in running, yoga, and pelvic floor issues were perfect for me. I will continue to recommend her to my friends and family and will not hesitate to see her again should any similar issues arise.
