Training

Peak Pursuit Performance and Rehab’s staff is comprised of Doctor’s of Physical Therapy who have a background in exercise science and sport’s performance. By integrating their training as rehab professionals with their knowledge of strength and conditioning principles they are able to help athletes and active adults reach peak performance.

Education

We believe that knowledge is power, and education is the most beneficial tool we can give our clients. Our therapists pride themselves in educating every patient about how to move properly, how to implement S&C principles into their training, and how to optimize their performance.

Recovery

Being able to recover between frequent workouts is essential to the longevity and success of our athletes. The training programs implemented by our Doctors of Physical Therapy incorporate recovery strategies similar to what many professional athletes are provided by their teams.

Full Body Musculoskeletal Assessment

The assessments at Peak Pursuit Performance and Rehab are one of the things that set us so far apart from the rest of the industry. Many personal trainers and various medical professionals have come up with their own assessments based on their experience over the years, but our assessments have been assembled from the most advanced orthopedic, physiology, and biomechanical sources.

Programming

Through world class training programs, we teach athletes how to move so that they gain a better understanding of how their body is designed to function. Every program is tailor-made specifically for each athlete’s body and particular sport, taking into account everything from position to team dynamics, and even minutes played. All aspects of the program play a defined role in optimizing on-field performance and reducing the risk of injury – ultimately leading to a better functioning human being.

Teamwork

Together, our therapists work with athletes to come up with a plan that incorporates all of their goals and aspirations combined with a specific training plan, targeted at optimizing their performance and health. We want our athletes to perform at peak levels while decreasing their risk of injury.
