Monthly programming with periodized training blocks and customized exercise progressions to help you train painfree and prevent future injury.

  • Reassessment of goals, performance, and screening of body function on a monthly basis

I had worked with Taylor for my incontinence/diastasis recti issues for a few months.And I am not a very motivated person,but she was always around gently pushing me to give it my all.
